• User's Discord IDs.
• IDs of users they are paired with.
• Timestamps of when users are paired.

How We Use Your Information

• We utilize user's IDs to facilitate pairing with their designated partners.
• We track IDs and timestamps to ensure that the same pairs are not matched again within a standard time interval.

How we handle chat contents

When a chat is closed whether due to inactivity or a user choosing to exit the related Discord thread is immediately and permanently deleted, along with all its messages and content. However, when a user flags a chat using the "/flag" command, the messages and content of that chat will be retained and made available to our staff team for review.

How we disclose your information

Your privacy is our top priority, and we do not disclose any user data, chat content, or personal information to third parties. Although our staff can view the list of ongoing chats and their participants, only administrators are permitted to access the content of those chats during their active status.

How we protect your information

We store your data in our database with restricted access limited to authorized developers only. To maintain data integrity, we consistently monitor server security and apply strong protective measures.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time to time, we might revise this Privacy Policy. Should there be any major updates, we will inform users via our Discord server or through this website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically check the Privacy Policy to remain informed about our data handling practices.
